1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

2. How long does shipping take?

Free Standard Shipping takes 5–6 business days.
Express Shipping takes 3–4 business days.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment at any time.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, cancellation may be refused if the order has already been processed or shipped.

6. What is your return policy?

We only accept returns if the product is unused, unopened, and in brand-new condition. Due to hygiene reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned.

7. What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost during shipping, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide a refund or replacement according to our Refund Policy.

8. Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. All Dr Melaxin products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

9. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping to all supported countries. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
