Refund Policy

At Dr Melaxin, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is broken, defective, or lost during shipping, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement in accordance with the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken

  • The product is defective or not functioning as intended

  • The product is lost during shipping and does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe

To qualify for a refund, you must provide valid proof, such as photos or videos of the damaged or defective item, or confirmation from the carrier that your order was lost.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at drmelaxinskincare@gmail.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (photos, tracking details, etc.).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The customer provides the wrong shipping address

  • The item was delivered successfully but the customer changes their mind

  • The damage is caused by misuse, mishandling, or neglect after delivery

4. Replacements

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product at no additional cost if the issue qualifies under our refund conditions.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
