2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 5–6 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–4 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

5. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free for all eligible countries. Express shipping fees, if selected, will be displayed during checkout.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country.
