Return Policy

At Dr Melaxin, we prioritize product safety and hygiene. For this reason, we have a strict return policy to ensure that all customers receive clean and unused skincare products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • The packaging is still brand new, sealed, and unopened

Once the product has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer, it is not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at drmelaxinskincare@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for return, and proof that the product meets the return conditions.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Fees

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item). We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and condition. Any item that appears used, opened, or damaged will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
